Dubai, United Arab Emirates (CNN)–The Saudi photographer, Salman Fahd Al-Abdali Al-Anzi, was recently able to document a majestic photo showing the moment a sandstorm entered the Saudi capital, Riyadh.
After the media circulated news regarding the possibility of a sand storm passing in Riyadh, Al-Enezi decided to prepare his camera and his “drone” in order to monitor this “great scene”, according to what he said in an interview with CNN in Arabic.
After waiting for two hours, the photographer witnessed the impending storm.
When confronted with this natural phenomenon, the medical photographer said: “The scene was like a fantasy, especially as it approached, (it seemed) as if the world began to disappear. It was a great scene worth waiting and documenting.”
Al-Enezi confirmed that this photo is “one of the most difficult photos I have taken because it is a moment that may not be repeated once more.”
Al-Enezi began his journey in the world of photography in 2012, and is interested in photographing various aspects of nature and wildlife.
It should be noted that he has won 7 awards in the field of photography, including international, international and local awards from National Geographic and the Camel Festival, among others.
And during the month of May, the Saudi Civil Defense warned in a tweet via “Twitter” of the occurrence of sandstorms in the Riyadh region that will lead to a lack of horizontal visibility, and activity in the surface winds.

And the National Center of Meteorology in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (NCM) published on Twitter this week a set of warnings that expected low visibility, or lack thereof, due to dirt plankton, raised dust, and sandstorms in the Riyadh region.
