Barcelona President Juan Laporta responded to the accusations once morest him from Barcelona fans that he promised them to include French star Kylian Mbappe and did not fulfill his promise, as the Paris Saint-Germain star is close to joining Real Madrid.
Laporta spoke of the alleged salary demanded by Kylian Mbappe from Real Madrid, telling Catalunya Radio: “If we can activate one or two economic plans before June 30, we will have liquidated a large part of the club’s debts.”
“It will never happen once more, getting into such a dimension of madness should never happen once more and we are instilling that in the club.”
He continued: “If Mbappe wants a net 50 million euros, we can’t pay it, then they didn’t win the Champions League, we won’t talk regarding 30 net, he wanted a salary between 40 and 50 million euros.
The Frenchman that Laporta will worry regarding is Ousmane Dembele, who has not yet signed a new deal with the club.
Laporta indicated that he wants to stay, but is very fond of other options that provide conditions that they may consider better than ours.
