As the powers of the Ukrainian and Russian forces were balanced, it was diagnosed that the war situation was in a stalemate.
The International Criminal Court, the ICC, has dispatched the largest investigation team ever to Ukraine to investigate Russia’s war crimes.

The Ukrainian Defense Ministry released the video and said that it had driven out Russian troops from Kharkiv, Ukraine’s second largest city, in the northeast and advanced to the border with Russia.

The British Economist analyzed that the Ukrainian army recaptured Kharkiv and gave up Mariupol to Russia.
“Neither Russia nor Ukraine are winning, they are at a stalemate,” Scott Barrier, director of defense intelligence at the Pentagon, said at a recent hearing, the economist said.
Yesterday, the Russian army fired four missiles at the Chernivu region of northern Ukraine, killing regarding 20 people.
Mediation efforts are also being made to end the war.
Pope Francis’ special envoy, Archbishop Paul Richard Gallagher, will visit Ukraine for three days and two nights from today to meet with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister.
Meanwhile, the International Criminal Court has sent a team to Ukraine to investigate Russian war crimes.
It is the largest ever with 42 investigators and forensic experts.
They will be deployed to the site where a large number of civilian bodies were found, and will conduct activities such as securing and analyzing evidence and collecting testimonies related to military attacks.
