In the last few hours, the evidence of the microphone discovered at the headquarters of presidential candidate Federico Gutiérrez’s campaign was revealed. The former mayor of Medellín himself reported the finding on Tuesday.
“We found this little gift and one is connecting the ends. They are desperate and resort to all methods. Look at what Mrs. (Isabel) Zuleta said, that they burned one and now they went for another. This lady said that they were going to come out with some things by Federico Gutiérrez”, added the candidate.
Sources close to the discovery told SEMANA that, indeed, there is a ballast because it supplied power to the microphone. This is the video with what was discovered.
Gutiérrez added that, before denouncing the installation of this device, he denounced “the strategy of lies and they will have to answer to the authorities”, to refer that, formally, his campaign denounced Senator Gustavo Petro’s campaign for acts such as those of Zuleta or the lawyer Del Río. “We have a responsibility to Colombia and we are not going to hand over the country to them, we need a different Colombia, where we give people opportunities, but without putting the country, jobs, at risk. They are going to make the pact of La Picota with those who robbed Bogotá, with the Clan del Golfo, they go to prisons to talk to criminals; this Mrs. Piedad Córdoba, who owes enough explanations to justice. I am on the side of legality. I believe in God and I am fighting, which I know is the fight of many. We are going to take care of Colombia”, he limited.
