Secret Invasion would it be, without pun intended, the best kept secret of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) ? This series, currently being filmed, should be broadcast in the coming months on Disney+. Samuel L. Jacksonactor who needs no introduction and stainless interpreter of Nick Fury in the MCU for a decade, recently confided in Entertainment Weekly on his long-awaited comeback in the future Marvel series which is just as much.
“There are things I didn’t really know regarding Nick Fury that I discovered very recently.”, explains Samuel L. A series… Very secret!
Secret Invasion currently does not have a release date set. We know very little except that it takes place following the events of Endgame. The show involves quite a few past, present and future superheroes. There is also talk of possible cameos of Ms Marvel, Captain America, War Machine or Bucky. The Skrulls would also be an important part of the storyline. Secret Invasion follows the logic of Moon Knight (cancelled since airing) and Ms Marvel (broadcast in June 2022) which are part of the dynamic of mini-series stamped Marvel broadcast on the Mickey platform. Less expensive and shorter television offshoots that weave connections between the different characters and universes of the MCU. Secret Invasion seems to mix Super hero, aliens et spying. We can’t wait to see the result.
