A few days ago, the popular Youtuber Luisito Comunica and the famous influencer Lele Pons experienced moments of tension, following a lawsuit between them was made public.

1. Luisito said that Lele Pons did not return the greeting because he did it in Spanish
Luisito Comunica recounted in an interview, an anecdote from when he first met Youtuber Lele Pons.
Luisito said that he approached her and said: “Hello, Lele, nice to meet you”, and she replied: “Sorry, I don’t speak Spanish”.

2. “She’s Latina when it suits her”
Luisito Comunica said that he spoke to her in Spanish, because he had heard that she was Venezuelan, however, given her refusal, he decided to withdraw.
“Some time later I saw a video of Lele Pons saying: ‘I’m Latina,’ and I said, no ma… this tremendous woman is Latina when it suits her,” said Luisito Comunica.
3. Lele Pons responded angrily and called Luisito Comunica a liar
After the controversy broke out, the influencer gave an interview where she denied Luisito’s story, saying: “This never happened. That is not true. I am not able to do that.”
“My mom doesn’t speak English, so how do I communicate with her?” said the influencer.
4. “I find it horrible that a man speaks ill of a woman to be funny”
Lele Pons said that she does not know why Luisito Comunica allegedly invented this story, since she did not even know him.
“A man who speaks ill of a woman, to make a joke, seems to me the most horrible,” said the youtuber.
5. Lele Pons revealed a talk by Luisito Comunica apologizing
During the interview with Lele Pons, the Youtuber said that Luisito Comunica had written an apology message to him via Instagram.
“Lele I want to apologize to you, if you felt bad regarding the interview,” Luisito Comunica allegedly wrote, however, Lele Pons did not make the conversation they had public.

6. Luisito Comunica denied having thrown “hate” at Lele Pons
Luisito Comunica recorded several stories addressing the issue, and clarified that his intention was never to throw “hate” at the Youtuber.
“I don’t throw hate, I’m not like that, I don’t like that they think that of me and the best vibes for Lele, my respect for what this woman has achieved,” said Luisito.
7. “I admired Luisito Comunica and this left me in shock”
On the other hand, Lele Pons responded by saying that she admired Luisito Comunica, but everything he said left her in a state of “shock”.
“How is it possible that a person who does not know me, does not know anything regarding my life, is a friend of my friends, says that in an interview. I have never spoken ill of Luisito. He admired him,” said Lele Pons.

8. Luisito said that “they took it out of context”
Luisito Comunica clarified that “they had taken it out of context”, since according to him, he was telling a “compiled of funny stories”, and Lele came out.
“I said: ‘she’s tremendous’, she’s Latin when it suits her. It was an irony. I didn’t want this to become gossip, but obviously people cut the chunk to serve as gossip.”
