Beer is a good option for breakfast

Although breakfast is the most important meal of the day, it is estimated that regarding 20% or 30% of adults do not eat breakfast, either due to rushing, lack of appetite in the morning or following a diet to lose weight.

However, it seems that beer fans have found an ideal justification for not skipping the first meal of the day: scientists say that the gut bacteria found in yogurt are also in some beers.

An investigation by Professor Eric Claassen, from the University of Amsterdam and a specialist on the subject, found that some drinks contain a number of probiotic microbes, or bacteria and yeasts with many health benefitsfrom fighting obesity to sleeping better at night.
