An important Ukrainian delegation has registered for the World Economic Forum WEF in Davos GR. It will be an important Ukrainian moment, the organizers told the Keystone-SDA news agency on Friday. In the absence of the unwanted Russian participants, a strong delegation from Ukraine, from government to civil society to the private sector, is expected online or on-site in Davos.
In addition to President Volodimir Zelenski (44) and Vitali Klitschko (50), Mayor of Kiev, a deputy minister and five parliamentarians are to take part in the discussion on Ukraine. The Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba (41) is also expected to travel to the Landwasser Valley. Wladimir Klitschko (46) will also be there as a representative of the Klitschko Foundation.
The WEF was postponed from January to May due to the corona pandemic. No key leaders are expected given the international situation and the pandemic, sources agree.
