Featured during broadcast Indie World from Nintendo on Wednesday morning, ElecHead certainly caught our attention for good reasons.
ElecHead features Elec, a small robot that can electrify platforms, activate switches and power machines simply by touching them.
Either by standing on the platforms or by throwing his head, Elec can reach and charge at distant objects. However, you will have to hurry, because the electrifying little character explodes following 10 seconds if his head has not joined his body.
Its aesthetic is quite charming and pays homage to 8-bit and 16-bit classics. ElecHead is a game that will be perfectly enjoyable to play in handheld mode on the Nintendo Switch, starting this summer.
Created by indie developer Nama Takahashi, ElecHead is a simple and clever puzzle-platformer that has won praise from the creators behind VVVVVV, Celeste and many others.
If patience is not your strength (we fully understand), it is possible to try ElecHead on PC via the platform Steam or Itch.io.
