Al-Marsad newspaper: The editor-in-chief of the Riyadh newspaper, Khaled Al-Rubaish, revealed that the price per square meter in some residential neighborhoods in Riyadh has reached 10,000 riyals, even though they do not overlook a lake or garden.
Al-Rubaish commented on this price, saying: This is something that cannot be accepted, pointing out that the loans through my housing have declined because the consumer has a difficult decision as he cannot find a housing unit commensurate with the volume of support as well as his needs and credit ability.
He added that consumers are resorting to apartments as a temporary alternative.
