Investigations by the security services, headed by Major General Medhat Fares, revealed the circumstances of the collision of a soldiers’ bus and a taxi on Al-Wahat Road, on Monday.
Examination and inspection revealed that a bus carrying a group of conscripts collided with a white microbus bearing a license plate number (BR 7361), following the scale was ambushed by regarding 3 kilometers.
The accident resulted in the injury of a conscript named Abdul Aziz Al-Sayed, 22, resident of Fayoum, who was transferred to October Central Hospital, and 4 civilians were transferred to Sheikh Zayed Specialized Hospital.
Brigadier General Amr Al-Borai, Head of the October Sector, received a notification from the Emergency Police Department of a bus and microbus collision on Al-Wahat Al Bahariya Road.
The effects of the accident were spared by a relief winch belonging to the Traffic Department, and the movement of cars was normalized, and Major General Alaa Farouk, Director of Giza Security, was notified of the incident.
