The results of a recent survey conducted by a research group affiliated with the Japanese Ministry of Health concluded that regarding 10% of those hospitalized with coronavirus infection are still suffering from its effects a year following their discharge.
The Japan Today newspaper reported that the survey found that the most common symptom was a decrease in muscle strength by 7.4 percent, followed by difficulty breathing by 4.4 percent and lethargy by 3.5 percent, and the survey included 693 people who suffered from moderate to severe symptoms of the Corona virus, and were transferred to hospitals in The period between September 2020 and July 2021, according to the German Press Agency.
