Moto Razr 3 spy photos leaked, flagship specifications released at the end of July-ePrice.HK

The Motorola RAZR is one of the few options for flip phones with foldable screens, but following the 5G-enabled second generation in 2020, its parent company, Lenovo, has yet to launch a follow-up model. Although the discount machine market is currently dominated by Samsung, accounting for 88% of overall sales in 2021, Motorola is said to have no plans to give up.

Codename Maven Design Overhaul

According to the latest sharing by famous whistleblower Evan Blass, Motorola is developing the third Razr clamshell folding machine, code-named Maven, and will adopt top-level specifications and a new design. Blass revealed that Maven’s body design will be similar to Samsung’s Galaxy Z Flip3. The design will not only be more square, but also cancel the “big chin” on the bottom of the previous generation, and fingerprint recognition will be built into the power button.

Intermediate positioning is no longer

The third-generation Razr is expected to be equipped with a 32MP selfie lens, which is an improvement from the previous generation’s 20MP, and is equipped with a 50MP main lens, a 13MP wide-angle plus a macro lens. Blass did not disclose the specifications of the foldable screen, but only said it was a hollow screen with FHD+ resolution. It is reported that Motorola plans to launch two versions, equipped with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1+ processors, respectively, with 8GB and 12GB RAM, 256GB and 512GB storage, but there are rumors that Gen 1+ may be delayed, or will be Affects factory deployment.

The third generation of Moto Razr is expected to be released in China at the end of July and early August, and overseas markets will be launched later.
