Milwaukee snatches victory in Game 3 of the series against Boston

Back in Milwaukee, the Bucks won in the third game of the series once morest the Boston Celtics (103-101). A match under pressure, like this confrontation where the two teams fought until the buzzer. It once once more took a great night Giannis Antetokounmpo (42 points, 12 rebounds, 8 assists, 2 blocks, 2 steals) to help the defending champions escape from the embrace of Ime Udoka’s men.

The Bucks had even managed to create a nice margin in the third quarter (34-17). Thanks to efficient Jrue Holiday (25 points, 7 rebounds, 3 steals) and Wes Matthews as bodyguard on Jayson Tatum (10 points at 4/19 shooting), Milwaukee had the keys in hand to conclude this match.

It was not counting the return of Boston in the last 12 minutes. Led in attack by Jaylen Brown (27 points, 12 rebounds) and Al Horford (22 points, 16 rebounds), the C’s have as usual caught up by stopping the opposing offensives and limiting, to a lesser extent, the Greek of Milwaukee thanks to Robert and Grant Williams (6 blocks between them).

As in the first two matches, the decision was made late. The Celtics even went back to the score in the last two minutes (100-99), before Antetokounmpo and Holiday restored the advantage to the Bucks (103-99).

On the last action, Marcus Smart suffered a foul from Holiday as he was regarding to shoot at three points. The referees considered that the fault had been committed before the shot. Only two shots for the Boston player who scored the first before deliberately missing the second. The Celtics won the rebound battle, but Al Horford scored one last basket following the clock ran out.
