Al-Marsad newspaper: 3 girls and a young man were injured when a box of a waterwheel fell into an amusement park in Shebin al-Qanater, during the girls’ celebration of Eid.
This came following the independence of the three girls’ waterwheels, and during that time the box fell on the young man’s head, injuring them and seriously injuring the young man, and everyone was taken to hospitals for medical treatment.

Mahmoud Ezzat, the father of one of the girls, named “Sundus”, 16, said that she was riding in the waterwheel box, and that she noticed that the cart was shaking before it was rotated and rose up and asked the waterwheel worker to stop, but he did not pay attention to her, and the screams of children and children rose every time it was It increased its speed and suddenly the box broke off from the waterwheel with girls and fell to the ground, falling on a young man named “Omar A. A.” 38 years old, and everyone was seriously injured.
He added that his daughter fell into a coma and had a cut to the head and was taken to the hospital and recovered following a long period of time and was treated, while there are still two other injuries in the hospital, “Dina H.M” and “Haneen A. F.” in the spine.
In statements to the Egyptian press, the families of the victims demanded the immediate intervention of the officials to obtain the right of their injured children, and demanded that the amusement parks run without licenses, oversight or maintenance be put under control.
