“The relationship will end in October 2017 when beaten once more, she will be taken to hospital, said the magistrate. Subsequently, she managed to flee the accused and now lives in exile abroad. »
Arrested years later, he was found guilty of a host of charges, including sexual assault with the participation of third parties and luring a woman into prostitution.
Recalling the “unheard of” violence suffered by the victim, the judge did not hesitate to sentence Stark to four years in prison, in addition to declaring him a sex offender for 20 years.
