Toulouse: the Parc clinic will become a senior residence

the essential
Novaxia Investissement, Icade Promotion and Imring are buying the Clinique du Parc in Toulouse from the Ramsay group to redevelop it into a senior residence at the end of 2024.

The consortium formed by Icade Pormotion, Novaxia Investissement (via its funds) and Imring has signed a partnership for the redevelopment of new mixed real estate operations of four clinics, including the Clinique du Parc in Toulouse, Villeurbanne, Jallans, Figanières as well as a land in Harfleur with the Ramsay Group.
Located in the Saint-Michel district, rue Achille Viadieu, near the Palais de Justice metro and tram stations, the Clinique du Parc project developed by the real estate group in Toulouse will eventually offer a senior residence with 124 rooms, 15 apartments , a villa and 240 m² of commercial premises, in place of the current clinic.

Start of works in spring 2022

The start of the work is scheduled for spring 2022, with delivery expected at the end of 2024. The project will meet the best environmental standards, assures the real estate group specializing in urban recycling, and will be carried out on the rights-of-way of existing buildings without any net artificialisation of the soil, that is to say without encroaching on any existing green spaces (rather reduced in this very urban health establishment, editor’s note), with even possible renaturation, in accordance with the commitments of Novaxia Investissement and Icade. Novaxia’s mission-driven company statutes specify that the company must present an overall balance sheet of Zero net artificialisation of soils. In 2021, Novaxia Investissement renatured 70,000m² across all of its projects.
