Three people were arrested in Florida following being surprised by Carabineros driving in a stolen car and with false license plates.

After a follow-up, Carabineros detained in the commune of Florida three people who were traveling in a vehicle ordered for theft.

The events occurred yesterday and were carried out by officials of the Department of Order and Search of Vehicles of Carabinieri.

The officials patrolled Vespucci and saw aun vehicle with its patents apparently adulteratedso they began a follow-up to the parking lot of a health center.

There, they verified that the patents were false and that the car in question I had a charge for theft.

In this way, the three occupants were arrested, according to Lieutenant Rodrigo Herrera.


At the moment, work is being done to establish if the subjects are part of a larger organization of car theft and patent cloning.
