Cora has decided, in collaboration with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (Afsca), to remind consumers of organic dried figs (220gr), because of an excessively high level of ochratoxin A. It is t is a mycotoxin, a toxin that can form in food, produced by different kinds of moulds.
The products have been removed from the shelves. The batches concerned bear the barcode 5400134408133 and the expiry dates 25/05/2022, 28/05/2022 and 5/06/2022.
Customers can return the product to the point of sale, where it will be refunded.
