The photo was published by Princess Rima Bint Talal on her Twitter account, at dawn on Wednesday, where the sleeping prince appears lying in his bed under a cover that reads, “We love you dear,” and his father, Prince Khaled bin Talal, who appeared on his face with a slight smile while holding his son’s shoulder.

Prince Alwaleed bin Khaled bin Talal had a traffic accident in 2005 during his studies at the Military College, and he fell into a coma since then to be called the “Sleeping Prince.” Medical diagnoses of the “Sleeping Prince” differed, and a medical delegation consisting of 3 American doctors and another was invited.
