As expected, today is the season 2 of Halo Infinite is thrown. We have already mentioned many times the new features expected in this new season, but today we learn that the 120 FPS mode can now be activated on Xbox Series S.

Titled Lone Wolves, Halo Infinite Season 2 brings a new Battle Passfrom new mapsfrom new game modesbut also various changes regarding progress. We’ve already detailed these new features over the past few weeks, but what interests us today is a new option for the Xbox Series S.
The good news has arrived: Xbox Series S consoles now support a 120 Hz refresh option. As a reminder, you must obviously have a TV compatible with this frequency, which you can find for example in our guide to best TVs for Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S.
The new option can be adjusted in the Video tab of the Settings menu. If you feel like it, know that you can also activate an option to play Halo Infinite on Xbox Series X in 30 Hz. Note that for the moment, you must activate the 30 Hz mode each time you launch the game while waiting for a fix for the choice to be saved.
Halo Infinite’s Lone Wolves update is available to download now for just over 13GB on Xbox Series.
