Overall shone Katy in a black and white strapless dress with floral lace and a long train by Oscar de la Renta (✝82). The “Roar” singer wore almost invisible fishnet gloves with the dress. She complemented the look with a sleeked bun and dazzling diamond earrings. Her fans were definitely blown away by the look.
