Barcelona regains the top spot in La Liga with a difficult victory over Mallorca

Barcelona won a difficult victory over Real Mallorca with two goals to one, on Sunday evening, in the 34th round of the Spanish League “La Liga”.

Memphis Depay scored Barcelona’s first goal in the 25th minute, while Sergio Busquets scored the second goal in the 54th minute.

Antonio Raiola reduced Barcelona’s lead in the 79th minute following scoring the first goal for Mallorca, but the Catalan team managed to maintain its lead until the end of the match.

With this victory, Barcelona returns to the second place in the Spanish League standings, following raising its score to 66 points, two points ahead of Seville, third.

While Mallorca’s balance froze at 32 points in 17th place, it remains in the cycle of escaping from relegation to the second division.
