The phone features a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display, which is slightly smaller than the Pro’s 6.7-inch FHD display. However, it is still a 10-bit screen with HDR10+ refresh rate and acceleration. 144 Hz refresh. And you get stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos.

The Motorola Edge 30 is powered by the Snapdragon 778G+ processor, a version of the popular 778G – 0.1GHz with an improved Cortex-A78 core and 20% acceleration for the Adreno 642L GPU. On this phone, it is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage (does not support external memory card slot).

The device carries Android 12 operating system closer to the Pixel experience, as well as some Motorola tweaks. The phone is also equipped with a Motorola desktop environment, which is ready to use.

Moving on to the cameras, the phone has a 50MP main camera, which features All-Pixel autofocus and OIS. On the side there is an ultra-wide-angle camera of 50 MP (118 degrees) that also acts as a macro camera. Both the main cameras and the ultra-wide cameras can record 4K video at 30 fps and 1080p video at up to 60 fps.

There’s no telephoto lens like the one on the Edge 20, but instead the final camera on the back is a 2-megapixel depth sensor. Continuing the front is the 32MP selfie camera.

The phone starts at 450 euros and will soon be available in markets such as Europe, Asia, Australia, India, Latin America and the Middle East.
