The events of episode 27 of the series “The Choice 3 – The Decision” began with a meeting between the Minister of Defense, Lieutenant-General Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi (Yasser Galal) and Mohamed Morsi (Sabri Fawaz).
Al-Sisi advises Morsi, saying: “You need to apologize to the Egyptian people for everything that has happened in the past period, and put forward a clear and honest initiative for reconciliation with all political forces…People must see real change before June 30.”
Morsi asserts that he is convinced of everything Sisi says and that he is working on it, but in another scene, Ahmed Abdel-Aty, the director of Morsi’s office, talks regarding the request of the Guidance Office to reformulate some points in the speech, and informs Morsi that Khairat Al-Shater believes that the language of apology to the people in the speech is exaggerated.
After that, Morsi comes out with a speech that is shocking to everyone, and real scenes of the famous speech, which lasted for hours and included Morsi’s accusations to all, are shown to everyone, while Sisi appears as he leaves the conference headquarters with signs of anger.
