Mickelson’s practice scene warmed up for his comeback released

Phil Mickelson (USA), who took the lead in the launch of the Reeve International Golf Series supported by the Saudi Arabian government, and took a break from golf following a headwind following setting an angle with the PGA Tour, is warming up ahead of his return to the field.

Mickelson recently uploaded a short video of him swinging a driver at a golf club in Rancho Santa Fe, California, USA on the 29th (Korean time) on social media.

It is the first time in two months since February 22 that Mickelson swinging a golf club has been released to the public.

Mickelson publicly criticized the PGA Tour and made statements in support of the Saudi Arabian government’s human rights abuses, but sponsor companies withdrew their support and PGA Tour fellow players turned their backs on amnesty.

Mickelson stopped competing in the tournament saying he would be ‘self-restrained’, and was also absent from the Players Championship and Masters.

After two months of absence from public activities, Mickelson recently applied for the PGA Championship and US Open, and asked the PGA Tour to play in the opening game of the Reeve International Series, which kicked off on June 11th.
