There is less and less time until we can finally see what Starfield looks like in motion. It is not a particularly bold assumption to think that in the next joint Xbox and Bethesda event for next June 12 (and that has been announced today) we will finally be able to see in depth the next Bethesda RPG.
However, we won’t have to wait that long to find out new details in text format, since just yesterday we were able to see how a former Bethesda employee leaks numerous Starfield details.
Starfield delay rumors are ‘nonsense’ according to Jason Schreier
It all happened in the popular forums of Reseterawhere the user Hevy008, verified by website administrators (and later by Jason Schreier) as a former employee of the company, shared some details regarding the next Bethesda title. The most notable is the confirmation that we can pilot the spaceship manuallyputting an end to the speculation of all the fans, who wondered if it would work like in other similar titles, such as Mass Effect o The Outer Worldswhere the ship simply acts as a kind of teleporter to the different planets.
Hevy also gave his opinion regarding the graphic engine, which he considers “shit” regarding the difficulties that working with it can cause (not regarding the final result for the user). As for the content that we will find in the title, the former employee believes that it is a massive amount, “perhaps too much”. He has also added that the title’s gunplay was “okay” at the time he tested it and that is convinced that the title will arrive on time for the scheduled departure date.

After the questions of many users, concerned regarding the repercussions that breaking an NDA might have, the user assured that he was not under it, since he no longer works in Bethesda, which some other forum participants doubted. It seems like it’s possible that he was wrong, as currently his account and all his comments have been deleted.
