Al-Marsad Newspaper: The specialist in carcinogen research, Dr. Fahd Al-Khudairi, revealed anti-cancer foods.
Al-Khudairi said, in a tweet via his account on Twitter: “Anti-cancer in food, lycopene in tomatoes, selenium in onions and garlic, vitamin C in citrus fruits, and some antioxidants in green tea, mint and basil.”
He pointed out: “Carcinogens, including smoking, poor food processing and preparation, burning produces hydrocarbons, over-frying and blackening of roasts may produce carcinogenic acrylamide.”
