Former President Park Geun-hye is expected to attend the inauguration ceremony of President-elect Yoon Seok-yeol, which will be held on the 10th of next month. The Presidential Inauguration Preparatory Committee announced on the 27th that former President Park would attend.

Chairman Park Joo-seon, chairman of the inauguration preparations, said at the press conference of the Presidential Takeover Committee in Toongui-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul on the followingnoon of the same day, “Yesterday (26th), I visited the residence of former President Park in Dalseong-gun, Daegu and delivered a personal message of President-elect Yoon and an invitation to the inauguration ceremony.” They welcomed me very warmly, and we had a 20-minute meeting with lawyer Yoo Young-ha.”
