The North Cairo Criminal Court, held in Abbasiya, sentenced a housewife and her second-in-law, who were accused of killing her three children, to death.
And the Cairo Criminal Court, held in Abbasiya, had set today’s session, April 27, to pronounce the verdict on a housewife, her husband and his second wife in the case known in the media as the “Marj Massacre”, following referring them to the Grand Mufti of the Republic for a legal opinion regarding them, for what was attributed to them for the charges of killing 3 Children at the hands of their mother at the instigation of her husband and his second wife.
The details of that incident began with the investigation officers of the Marj Police Department receiving a report from a woman who owned the property in which the crime took place, stating that his wife’s husband had been forced to kill her three children. After the policemen moved to the scene, the report was confirmed.
The accused and his wife were arrested, and all necessary legal measures were taken, and the necessary report was issued on the incident, and the Public Prosecution office, which took over the investigation, was notified, which ordered the referral of the perpetrators to the Criminal Court following the investigations were completed.
