Since its launch in September 2020, the MMO Genshin Impact has continued its merry way and regularly offers new characters. Moreover, it would seem that the next characters have already been seen.

Two additional characters coming soon?

While Update 2.6 has been out for less than a month, Genshin Impact fans are already eagerly awaiting the arrival of the new content. That’s good, since miHoYo, the studio behind the development of the game, is regarding to present what the 2.7 update will bring. However, that hasn’t stopped some dataminers from taking the lead to find out what’s behind this new proposal.

According to SaveYourPrimos, a proven data miner, it looks like the next two heroes to see the light of day in Genshin Impact are Yelan and Xiao. Note, however, that these will be distributed on two different banners.

As you can see by watching the tweet above, Yelan and Xiao will then be followed by the arrival of another duo, namely Itto and Shinobu. But that’s not all, SaveYourPrimos also predicts that the hero Arataki Itto will soon be entitled to a reissue.

A delayed presentation?

The latest news is that Genshin Impact’s roadmap has been delayed, due to the current health crisis in China. Moreover, miHoYo had declared at the beginning of the month that the work was now done remotely.

Our team in Shanghai is now working remotely and is doing its best to organize telework. We are also providing resources to our team members during this complex time. If distance makes communication difficult, it is essential to protect the health and safety of our team members. miHoYo

Despite this, dataminers announce that they remain hopeful. For them, the presentation of 2.7, set for April 29, will indeed be maintained. So all that remains is to be patient.
