The circumstances of the facts are not yet clear, but according to initial information, the driver hit traffic signs at the crossroads. A grandmother who was pushing a pram, and who was just behind them, was mowed down by the vehicle. The five-month-old child died. And his grandmother was seriously injured but her life is not in danger, says the prosecutor.
According to the first elements of the investigation, the driver, born in 1945, was not under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The vehicle papers were in order. “An expert was dispatched to the scene to determine the circumstances of this tragic accident”concludes the prosecutor.
