Gochang-gun is promoting various projects to supply eco-friendly clean energy this year.

According to the military on the 25th, it was selected for the ‘New and Renewable Energy Convergence Support Project’ hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy last year and will start the new and renewable energy installation support project in earnest from this month.

In the first phase, new and renewable energy facilities will be installed in 385 places, including Gochang-eup, Gosu-myeon, Heungdeok-myeon, and Sillim-myeon, with a total project cost of 2.89 billion won (1.44 billion won from the national budget, 1.59 billion won for armaments, 394 million won from self-damage).

After that, from next year to 2025, it plans to expand and supply new and renewable energy throughout the county through an additional public offering for convergence support projects as an annual project.
