A teenager died following falling from the 13th floor of a building located on Amalia Errázuriz street in the commune of Independenciaduring the followingnoon of this Friday.
According to Deputy Commissioner Javier Campos, “staff who were on duty in the building, concierge and also the cleaning assistant, noticed the fact, who upon hearing a noise that seemed strange to them, They went out to observe what had happened and they found this person who was lying on the floor and they assisted her.. Despite that, the person died at the scene.”
“There are some lines that are being handled and once it can be clarified, with the pending investigative proceedings, the corresponding prosecutor will be informed,” he specified.
The police personnel are registering witnesses and reviewing images from the security cameras to verify the possible participation of third parties in the event, while the Legal Medical Service is working to identify the victim.
