Police dog stops a match in Brazil

Football matches often see fans descending on the pitch in an attempt to get a photo with a star or get seconds of glory, but on Thursday, Brazilian stadiums witnessed the entry of a police dog into the green rectangle.

According to media reports, one of the first leg matches of the Provincial League final in Brazil between Nautico and Retro witnessed a police dog entering the stadium, and the video was circulated on social networks, where the dog stopped the match, was wearing a police uniform, and ran into the stadium amid shouts from the fans.

Some players tried to get the dog out, but to no avail, while fear appeared on the faces of several other players, and one of the policemen worked to control the chaos left by the dog, but the dog picked up the ball and was inside the field for regarding 90 seconds, and then it was controlled.

The return match will be held on the thirtieth of April, and the two teams hope that the situation will not happen once more.
