Al-Ahly club’s first basketball team (men) achieved a precious victory over Al-Jazira team, 80-61, in the first match of the Super League semi-finals.
The match between Al-Ahly and Al-Jazira was held at the Burj Al-Arab hall in Alexandria as part of the “Best of 5” Super League semi-final series.
The match witnessed a strong performance by both teams, before the Al-Ahly basket men managed to settle it with a score of 80-61.
The second match between Al-Ahly and Al-Jazira for the semi-finals of the Super League will be held on Sunday, April 24, and the third on Tuesday, 26 of the same month, and in the case of resorting to a fourth match, it will be held on April 28, while in the case of resorting to a fifth match will be held on April 30.
The Al-Ahly Basketball team qualified for the semi-finals of the Super League, following overcoming the obstacle of the Misr Insurance team in the quarter-finals.
