Colruyt, Delhaize, Carrefour… be careful if you have bought this product sold in all the supermarkets in Belgium: bring it back to the store

The company GB Foods Belgium, in consultation with the Federal Agency for the Safety of the Food Chain (Afsca), has decided to withdraw from sale the jars of light mayonnaise of the Devos & Lemmens brand due to the absence of mention milk allergen on the label.

“If you have a milk allergy or intolerance, do not consume this product and return it to the point of sale where the product was purchased. People who are not allergic or have no intolerance to milk can consume it without any risk,” the company said in a press release on Friday.

These are the 450 ml jars of light mayonnaise, whose expiry date expires on 10/11/2022, and sold between February 24 and April 21. The product was distributed in several brands, including Cora, Delhaize, Carrefour, Intermarché and Colruyt.

Consumers can take it back to the store.
