Al-Marsad newspaper: The Saudi ambassador to Yemen, Muhammad Al-Jaber, revealed during an interview with him on the “Al-Liwan” program, the reason for not defeating Al-Houthi.
Al Jaber said during the program’s episode broadcast yesterday evening on the Gulf Rotana channel: “Al-Houthi is a militia and the Yemeni people are used as hostages and human shields, and this is from the military side, but from the political side, the Houthi exploited the conflicts between the Yemeni components.”
He continued: “The Yemeni-Yemeni battle, and the coalition supports legitimacy and supports this force on the ground, which succeeded with great success in expelling the Houthis from Aden, Taiz and Al-Bayda, but they struggled and became voids between them, so Houthi exploited them and this is what he has been doing since 2004, so we find him signing an agreement and turning once morest it, as he exploits poverty and hunger.”
And he concluded: “We hope that following the ranks have been unified in Yemen, Al-Houthi will not be able to continue to exploit the voids between the Yemeni components according to modern or ancient conflicts or any other interests.”
