Israeli media: Hezbollah’s elite forces have made a fundamental change on the border with Lebanon

Israeli media reports that Hezbollah’s Radwan Force currently possesses means it did not have in 2006, and believes that this force has brought regarding a change on the border with Lebanon.

Israeli media revealed that “the borders with Lebanon have undergone a fundamental change due to the arrival of the Radwan Force, the elite force in Hezbollah.”

According to the newspaper,Ha’aretzThe Israeli newspaper stated, “The Radwan Force was deployed in southern Lebanon following years of accumulating its experience during the war in Syria.”

According to the newspaper, the commander of the Galilee Division, Brigadier General Shlomi Bender, confirmed that “the Radwan force currently possesses means that did not exist in 2006,” saying, “They have increased the fire formation directed at our internal front and improved their defense capability.”

On the other hand, the Israeli newspaper pointed out that the presence of Israeli forces inside the occupied Palestinian territories is the result of a situational necessity resulting from the loss of a sense of security among the Israelis in the wake of the recent Palestinian operations.
