The Egyptian Dar Al Iftaa published, through its official page on the social networking site “Facebook”, 25 wills to revive Night of PowerCoinciding with the last ten days of Ramadan, as follows:
1. Do not eat so much that you can stand and obey.
2. It is imperative to resolve to repent when commemorating this blessed night.
3. Do more than pray and seek forgiveness for the believing men and women.
4. Turn to God Almighty with all your limbs, until your mind and heart are clear of everything except God Almighty.
5. Stay away from quarrels and forgive everyone who has wronged you.
6. Focus on the ‘how’. It is not important that you finish 100 rak’ahs while your heart is distracted.
7. Sincerity in supplication and standing is more important than the number of rak’ahs in which your heart is occupied with other than God.
8. Be careful of purification throughout this night as much as you can.
9. Be certain that your supplications will be answered, as the uncertainty that the supplications will be answered may constitute a barrier.
10. Be sure that God will answer your prayers and accept you.
11. Urgency and insistence on supplication, for God Almighty loves a servant who is persistent in supplication.
12. Ask forgiveness from God Almighty for every sin you have committed and ask Him to pardon you.
13. More than asking for forgiveness and praying for the Prophet and his family and being satisfied with his companions.
14. More than the supplication of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, and he repeated: Oh God, you are forgiving and you love forgiveness, so pardon us.
15. Excessive request for liberation from Hellfire.
16. Praying for the facilitation of the halal livelihood and the reform of the situation.
17. Supplication by saying: Our Lord, grant us from our wives and offspring comfort to our eyes…
18. Praying for the husband or wife for good health, peace of mind and peace of mind.
19. Do more supplications during your prostration, for the closest a servant is to his Lord is when he is prostrating.
20. Prolong your prostration and supplication to your Lord, for the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Your backs are heavy from your burdens, so lighten them with the length of your prostration.”
21. Do not waste any opportunity and beware of negligence for a moment, for mercy and divine breaths are open on this night.
22. Read what you can from the Qur’an.
23. The revival of Laylat al-Qadr extends until the beginning of dawn, and the angels are in a state of rising and falling.
24. I thank God that He enabled you to revive the Night of Power and others are deprived of this blessing.
25. Do not forget to give in charity this night as much as you can, for charity has a great reward.
