Kovid immunization: 7,018 vaccine doses delivered in the UAE in 24 hours

Abu Dhabi: In the last 24 hours, the UAE government has dispensed 7,018 doses of Kovid. A total of 24,665,641 doses were dispensed, according to the UAE Ministry of Health.

According to the Ministry of Health, more than 91% of the UAE’s population has received two doses of the vaccine. Meanwhile, 249 new Kovid cases were reported in the UAE on Wednesday. The UAE Ministry of Health said 408 people had recovered. No deaths were reported in the UAE on Wednesday following the Kovid outbreak.

Kovid has so far confirmed 8,96,141 people in the UAE. 8,78,441 people were cured. 2,302 people died following Kovid. According to the Ministry of Health, 15,398 people are being treated. Today, 327,724 Kovid tests were performed in the UAE, according to the Ministry of Health.

Kovid mortality rate in the UAE is 0.2%. This is two percent lower than the global average. At the same time, the ministry explained that more than 97 per cent of the country’s population has received a single dose of the Kovid vaccine.
