The Spanish club Seville announced, on Tuesday, the extension of the contract of its Moroccan goalkeeper, Yassine Bounou, until 2025.
Bono’s contract expired in 2024, with a penalty clause allowing him to negotiate and move to another team at the end of the current season.
After signing the new contract, Bono expressed his happiness, saying, “I always strive to improve both professionally and personally. I am very happy to be able to continue here.”
The 30-year-old confirmed that the contract extension process did not face any problems, because there was nothing complicated.
It is noteworthy that Bono played 36 matches with Seville this season in all competitions, conceded 28 goals, while he came out with clean sheets in 15 matches.
