It’s not easy to be an organizer / programmer of one of the most popular festivals in the world (to which we address a benevolent thought with regard to the logistical and artistic problems they are currently experiencing).
It must be said that the Hellfest is a huge ship to run with the concern that nothing affects the pleasure of visitors. Including in terms of cancellations – which are numerous this year: The Distillers, Skinny Puppy, L7, OM or Monster Magnet have thrown in the towel.
Ghost at Hellfest
But at Hellfest, we never give up. Other groups have just come out of the hat including Ghost who will perform, for their only European festival date, on June 18 on MainStage 1.
Also announced: the punk of Burning Heads on the 17th, the beating electro of Nitzer Ebb on the 24th.
Hardcore fans will book their place at Warzone on the 17th for No Turning Back and on the 25th with Guilt Trip.
On the Doom and Stoner stage, head to the Valley for performances by Messa (18th), Slomosa (23rd) and Orange Goblin (26th).
In a press releaseHellfest management advises that further changes/developments are likely to occur before the big party begins on June 17th.
