Muhammad Saafan indicated that the first and second days of Eid al-Fitr are leave with full pay for workers in the private sector, explaining that the employer may employ the worker on these two days, if work conditions so require, and the worker is entitled in this case, in addition to his wages for this day, like me. Saafan said that this is in implementation of the provision of Article 52 of the Labor Law promulgated by Law No. 12 of 2003, as amended by Ministerial Resolution No. 49 of 2009, regarding determining the holidays that are considered leave with full pay. and companies.
