New Delhi: After a one-day break in the country, the number of daily cases has crossed 2,000. Kovid confirmed 2067 cases in the last 24 hours. 65% increase over the previous day. 1,547 people became ill yesterday. This brings the total number of active patients to 12,340.
Yesterday, 40 deaths were reported. The Center has directed states like Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Haryana and Mizoram to monitor the spread of the new wave.
