The controversy surrounding the former federal judge of Paraná, Daniel Alonsoleft material to cut in two interviews that Jorge Fontevecchia performed today in his morning radio cycle (Modo Fontevecchia for Radius ProfileFM 101.9).

There, he first spoke with the journalist Antonio Tardelli who elaborated on the magistrate in question. “He is the head of one of the two federal courts in the capital of Between rivers. Her request to become a federal chambermaid for the city of Rosario has been awaiting treatment in the Senate for quite some time. On the level of conjecture, knowing some background of this magistrate (to whom a certain political opportunism is blamed) one can think that the very controversial precautionary measure adopted in recent days and the rejection of the appeal made yesterday, might be a decision adopted by virtue of his need to ingratiate himself with the Body that should give him the agreement and with the Vice President of the Republic herself”.

Alonso’s alleged links with Cristina Fernández de Kirchner revived the controversy that continued when Fontevecchia inquired regarding the person of the former judge, to which Tardelli responded with a revelation. Alonso is a man who is not only assigned a link with Alberto Lugonesthe former president of Judicial Councilbut also a training in Law that is not so specialized nor absolutely proven record of personal decorum. Judge Alonso has no record of decorum and tends to make very creative rulings

After this interview, Jorge Fontevecchia contacted Lugones and contrasted the version with the following question: “He told us that the judge from Entre Ríos who issued this injunction, according to what he says, is his acquaintance. What is your relationship with Judge Alonso?”. To which the magistrate replied without hints: “He is known and is a serious person who issued a precautionary measure. In this regard, of which I might only read the basis of the project, I might understand it as a questioning the application of a repealed law and I understand that’s where the thing comes from. He had not consulted me on the subject. I found out on the news.”
