Hay fever, allergy to dust mites: these tips to avoid spring fatigue

Runny nose, watery eyes… the symptoms of allergic rhinitis, better known as hay fever, or dust mite allergy are well identified. But there is one that is sometimes overlooked: fatigue. Why do pollens and dust put us on our knees?
