What if we normalize talking regarding mental health? If we all express our emotions and feelings more openly, and understand that It is normal to be well, but it is also normal to feel bad, to fall and get up once more. SIt is worth asking a specialist for help, talking to a psychologist from time to timemeditate, exercise, or look for some alternative therapy, everything goes to be well.

Perfect Test is a play that will be presented until May 8 at the Shakespeare Forum and talks regarding the fine line between being crazy, sane or simply acting differently to others.

Bárbara López and Arantza Ruiz have left us with a great taste in our mouths with their interpretation of Carolina, the central character of the story, for those who still doubt the histrionic skills of these two actresses, they have to see them in action, both manage to convey to us that desperation that you feel when your closest people distrust you, your abilities and what you are capable of achieving; and that anxiety caused by wanting to keep the person we love most sane without hope of achieving it.

About this work full of nuances, emotions and feelings Bárbara López, who we can also currently see in the series miss 89 which is broadcast on Starz Play, shares with us:

“What I like the most is that it is a great text, it has many nuances, great depth. He talks regarding mental health and that is very important. It represents family and love relationships very well in complex moments. Plus, it has a great cast and great direction. Carolina is a very human character, so much so that it’s hard for me to identify what I don’t get along with her.”

Jesús Zavala and Germán Braco alternate the role of Pablo, a young mathematician who does everything so that Carolina, with whom he is in love, realizes how important he was in the life of his father, Roberto.the most talented mathematician he ever met. Jesús Zavala, one of the great acting bets in Mexico, spoke with RSVP regarding it:

“It is a quite complex text, but at the same time interesting, with topics that should continue to be put on the table and exposed in more works, series or movies, with an incredible cast, and we also needed to experience the theater intimately. . Like Pablo, I always try to help the people I love in difficult situations, even though I don’t know anything regarding math.”

Estefanía Hinojosa and Sara Maldonado give life to Claudia, Carolina’s older sister that in his eagerness to help and that everything goes perfectly he is able to decide on others without taking their opinion into account. Estefania tells us more:

“The issue of mental health is very important, there is a lot of taboo regarding it, regarding treatments, going to therapy, or being able to tell someone that you have a mental illness and that it is not something that makes you feel violated or stigmatized, we all know someone with some issue and many have suffered social rejection. It is important that people do not feel alone and that in some way this work can accompany those who need it in these processes”.

With a perfect mastery of the stage, which seems to cost us the least effort, Plutarco Haza lends his body and voice to bring to life Roberto, an irreplaceable mathematician who lost his sanity on the way to finding new ways to express numbers. maybe momentarily or maybe forever. The actor shares more:

“It is a work that has everything that is needed: it is fun, different, that touches on current issues, with which anyone can feel identified, from very young to grown-ups. It has a very balanced cast, between experienced and new people. On the one hand, you forget regarding your problems to enter a different world, but it also makes you question your life, genius, family, love, inheritance, karma. Roberto and I are very different, to begin with he is a genius and I am not, he is obsessive, self-centered, who lives inside his head, people who are passionate regarding what we do live in our heads but never to the degree of him.
