Russian forces have attacked a missile production facility on the outskirts of Ukraine’s capital, Kiiu.

At the time, Ukraine claimed to have hit the Moscow with a Tengtun surface-to-ship missile as the cause of the sinking, but Russia denied that the fire was caused by an explosion of ammunition inside the ship.

The Pentagon also concluded within two days that the Moscow was sunk in an attack on Ukraine.
