Russia warned US in weapons shipments to Ukraine Ukraine assistance

Russia has warned the United States of “serious consequences” if it continues to export arms to Ukraine. The U.S. State Department says Russia’s protest comes following it announced it would send a new $ 800 million military aid package to Ukraine.

“I urge the United States and its allies to immediately suspend military aid to Ukraine.” Russia informed. US President Joe Biden has pledged $ 800 million in aid to Ukraine. Biden also spoke on the phone with President Vladimir Selensky on Wednesday. The U.S. sent artillery and helicopters to Kiev last month as the Russian occupation continued.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense announced that Russia had once more carried out airstrikes on Mariupol in Ukraine.

Russia has banned members of the US Congress from continuing to pursue US aid. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that 398 members of the United States Congress have been included in the travel ban list. The ministry said in a statement that this was in response to anti-Russian sanctions imposed by the Joe Biden administration. Russia’s move comes following the US approved $ 800 million in military aid to Ukraine.
